The church met regularfy at'The 8arn' on Sunday morThlngs during the year, wlth a ￿re of member and regular visitors
veraglng around 60. Our preaching series Included the Covenants and the Parables ol Jesus. Mtsst months we had 8
shared lunch after the sÈNlce on the thlrd Sunday of the monrh. We ran re9ular actlvities for children and teenagers In
parallel 0￿r SeN1￿5 and as in previous years, durin9 the Summer we took some of our youngsters to the Newday 2025
Festival.
Our Life Groups mer regularly In church members, homes d*Jrlng the week. The ladies, prayer Mee￿n9 took place most
weeks and the men's breakfasts and socla15 and the ladle5' breakfast5 and 50clal evenlngs happened throughout the year.
We ran four communlty Outreach events during the year 8t Easter, Surnmer, Hallowe'en and Chrlstmas. These Included
Surnmer 88Q and bye were thrilled that several famllies from the nearby houslng development came alang to thls event.
We also continued to partner with other local churches in running the Relgnite wor5hlp evenlngs during the year and
Camiv81 Ptyise Jt the Stowmarket Carnival.
Further afield, vle maintained our support for one ot our senlor church members in his role of st￿ngtheninG and
encoura4ing churche5 in the LIK and on mainland Europe. We also continued our financial and prayer support for the
mlsslonary organlsatlon Ernpart. Thls support was strengthened by one of our elders loinlng the board of trustees of
Ernparr UK,
Finally, a slgnificant mllestone In the life of our church was the appolntment of a church adrnlnlstrator IrTr September 2025.
Thls appointment has enabled our leadershlp to focu5 more of thelr time and energy on leadln9 and developing the church.

The expenditure for the year on unrestritted funds was £59k, svhlch is analysed on the detailèd statement of nnantia
attivities to the accounts. Income for the year was also £59k, and Is analysed in more detail at note 3 and 4 to the
accounts. Unrestrlctrd reserves at the year-end were £98k. The church also maintained a hardship fund (the.￿$t￿tte
funds"). Thls fund had a year-end balance of £200.

The ￿serVeS pollcy as at the date of this report is that unrestritted funds should be malntai¢)ed at o level equlvalent to

The dI￿tter5 have considered the level of reserve5 they wish to retaln, appropriate to the charity's needs. Thjs is based on
the charity's size and the level of financial commitments held. The dirertors aim to ensure the charity will be able to continue
to fvlfil its charitable objettives even if there is a temporary shortfèll in income or unexpected expendlture. The dlrettors will
endeavour not to set aside funds unnecessarily.
