Objects: 1) The Relief And Education Of Children And Adults On The Autism Spectrum By The Provision Of Advice, Assessment, Information, Facilities, Education And Support Services To Them Calculated To Relieve Their Needs. 2) The Relief And Education Of The Parents And Carers Of Children And Adults On The Autism Spectrum By The Provision Of Such Advice, Assessment, Information And Support Services To Them, Their Parents And Carers Calculated To Relieve Their Needs. 3) For The Avoidance Of Doubt, The Provision Of Equipment, Education, Services And Facilities And Other Relief For Children And Adults On The Autism Spectrum And Their Parents And Carers For Consideration On Commercial Terms Is Within The Objects Of The Charity; 4) No Addition, Change Or Deletion Shall Be Made To These Articles Of Association Which, Directly Or Indirectly, Has The Effect Of Changing This Article 4, Or Of Rendering The Provisions Of, Or The Restrictions Contained In Or Otherwise Arising From This Article 4 Ineffective, Without Such Change Being Approved By A Special Resolution In Writing.
