The Football Association set policies and standards for its Charter
Community Standard Glubs to ensure they are well run and sustainable.
All volunteers are required to have a DBS disclosure check to ensure that
they are safe to work with Ghildren and young adults. These checks are
also evaluated every three years In accordance with FA policy.
The Football Association also has a Child Protection Policy in place that
the club is required to adhere to.

The charity's object is the promotion of community participation in healthy
recreatlon by the provision of facilities for people of all ages to play
football.

The olub provides equipment, training facilities and coaches in order to
facilitate team participation for young people between the ages of 4 and
18 in the junior section, as well as currently operating two open age
womens teams
Via the Wildcats initiative, the club Gontinues to encourage the
participation of girls in football with the hope of adding more teams next
season, particularly within the younger age groups.

The trustees and volunteers within the Club have continued to work
tlrelessly during the year to once again maintain its status as an FA
Charter Standard Community Club, which is the highest of the three
levels of FA Charter Standard awards.
