ThetrusteeswhoarealsodirectorsofthecharityforthepurposesoftheCompaniesAct2006,presenttheir report
withthefinancialstatementsofthecharityfortheyearended31December2023.Thetrusteeshaveadopted the
provisionsofAccountingandReportingbyCharities:StatementofRecommendedPracticeapplicableto charities
preparingtheiraccountsinaccordancewiththeFinancialReportingStandardapplicableintheUKandRepublic of
Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2019).

OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES Objectives and aims WITNESSING: NURTURING: MENTORING

TTT pursuesa unitedandgrowingvisionforGod'sworkwithyoungpeople.It is committedto workingtogether with
youngpeopletobewitnessestothem,tonurturetheminfaithandmentorthem.Itdoesthisbyproviding a
consistentChristianpresenceandrolemodelsforyoungpeopleinlocalsecondaryschools,localchurchesand across
ourcommunity.Itworkswithpeopleofallfaithsandnoneprovidingabroadrangeofactivities,bothChristian and
secular.

Public benefit

ThereviewofactivitiesandhighlightsincludedbelowsetsouthowTTT'sworkprovidessignificantbenefitto the
public.Thisworkhasbeenandisconsistentlypraisedbylocalcouncillors,theheads,andteachersatlocal schools
whereTTT works,ourlocalMP (andformerChancellorof the Exchequer)the Policeandotherlocalbodies.This work
is also highly regarded by the young people that TTT serves.
InitsdecisionmakingtheBoardofTTTismindfulofandcompliedwithitsdutytohavedueregardtothe Charities
Commissioner's public benefit guidance when it has exercised any powers or duties to which this guidance is relevant.

Charitable activities

TheChurchesTogetherinGodalmingandDistrictformedtheTrinityTrustTeaminthelate1990'swiththevision to
deliverChristianled activitiesand positiverole modellingfor the youngpeoplein the Godalmingarea through church,
school, and community-based programmes.
In January2013,TTT was establishedas a CharitableCompanyandcontinuesto meet theneedsof theyoung people
intheareathroughawiderangeofinclusivegroups,programmesandactivitiesdeliveredthroughthe established
operating areas of school, church, and community settings.
TTT enjoysexcellentworkingrelationshipswiththetown'stwosecondaryschools,Rodborough,andBroadwater and
local junior and primary schools that receive regular visits from the team as they deliver assemblies and workshops.
TTTalsoplaysaninfluentialroleregardingcommunitycohesionandisofteninvitedtojoinmulti-agency working
partiesrelatingtoyouthprovisionandyouthrelatedanti-socialbehaviourbylocalstatutorybodiessuchas Surrey
PoliceandTownCouncil.ItwastheconsultationTTTdeliveredtoonesuchworkingpartythatinformedthe local
Town Council's decision to create a dedicated youth hub and employ a team to run it.
TheTrustwasawardedafive-yeargrantfromtheNationalLotteryin2020tosupportitsworkwithchildren and
youngpeopleinlocalcommunities.TheNationalLotterypraisedTTTforhowitadapteditsoffertocomply with
governmentrestrictionson Out of SchoolSettingsduringvariouslockdowns.From the spring/summerterm 2022, TTT
was ableto fullyresumeallprogrammesin-personandrunitspopularSummerActivitiesProgrammeduringthe first
week of the school summer holidays.
We thankthe many individuals,churchesand grantgivingbodiesfor theirongoingfinancialsupport.In particular, we
aremostgratefultoTheNationalLottery'ReachingCommunities'fund,theEricaLeonardTrust,andtheJohn Bean
Trust.

ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE

Some highlights of 2023

Outreach:For over a decade, TTT has had a presence in the Aaron's Hill area, an area recognisedas of 'high need' (due
toissuessuchasunemployment,lowincome,andsocialhousing)andhasbecomeacceptedandvaluedby local
familiesandyoungpeoplewhoalsoseeusinschools.EveryFridayafternoonandeveningthroughspring and
summer,weorganiseoutdooractivitiesonthegreeninthecentreoftheestate,duringthewinter,wepartner with
the Godalming YouthService mobile provisionso we can maintainengagementwith the youngpeople.Consistency of
presence is a rock on which much of what TTT does is built; over 20 years of faithfully serving local young people.
FridayNightSocial:OneaspectofTTT'sworkistocreatepartnershipswithlocalorganisations,andtheFriday Night
Socialisonesuchpartnershipnewin2023.ThenewlyformedGodalmingMinsterdrawstwoCofEparishesinto one
andcomprisesfourchurches.TTTrunsFridayNightSocialwiththeMinsteryouthteamhavingalsopartnered with
them to delivera ChristianUnionintoone of the town'stwo secondaryschools.EachFridayeveningyoungpeople of
secondary age enjoy games, peer-social time, a tuck shop, and there are plans to grow this provision in 2024.
SummerActivities:TTT was delightedto offer anotheraffordableand accessibleactivitiesprogrammein 2023, during
thefirstweekoftheschoolsummerholidays.FundingfromNationalLotteryReachingCommunitiesiskeyand the
teamwereabletotakeyoungpeople,(manyfromdisadvantagedbackgrounds)tooutwardboundsand activities
centres,toenjoykarting,paintballing,athemeparkandaquapark,allforhighlysubsidisedrates.This highly
anticipated progra mme remains a highlight for young people and staff alike.
MovingOnWorkshops:Theteamdeliversahighlyvalued'transitionprogramme'inlocalschoolsthat comprises
MovingOn workshopsfor Year 6 pupilsand Inductionsessionsaheadof Year 7. The Year 6 workshopstackle practical
issues aroundadapting to a new schoolsite and managingthe challengesof gettingto the right place at the right time
withtherightresourcesusinginteractivegamesandactivities.Theteamisthenonhandtohelpwelcome the
studentsintosecondaryschoolson theirintakedayteam bondingsessions.The supportTTT offersstaffand students
at this pivotal touc hpoint in the educational cycle is widely regarded and highly valued.
Schoolassemblies/REDays: For over 20 years, TTT has deliveredhigh qualityassembliesto localjuniorand secondary
schoolsand2023hasbeennoexception.AtEaster,wedeliveredthe'ThreeTrees',adaptedfromachildren's fable
and at Christmas,we delivered our 'Angel'sStory'viewingthe events surroundingthe nativitythroughthe eyes of  the
angel'sinvolved.AfterboththeseassembliesatGodalmingJuniorSchool,westayedonforthemorningto facilitate
lessonsin each of the Year 3-6 classesbasedon an Easteror Christmastheme.The staff are so appreciative regarding
our preparation and delivery on these days and the pupils remember the dramas for years afterwards.

FINANCIAL REVIEW

Financial position

Wearepleasedtoreportthat,intermsof2023,fundinglevelsremainedsupportiveofthisvisionastheactivities of
theCharityreturnedtomorenormallevelsfollowingtheCOVIDpandemic.Wearemostgratefulforthesupport of
many individuals and organisations who have contributed to this work.

Reserves policy

TTT receivesits core fundingfrom localchurches.Eachyear,it startswitha deficitin relationto its budgetandit sets
outtobridgethisgapthroughvoluntarycontributionsandfundraising.TheunrestrictedreservesofTTT are
approximately£75,000,representingovertwelvemonthsofoperatingincomeorovertwelvemonthsof budget
deficit.TheDirectorsdonotconsiderthesereservestobeexcessiveandarecommittedtousingthesefundsif the
annualbudgetdeficitcannotbemetformothersources.Shoulditbecomeapparentthatacombinationof reserves
and currentincome are no longer sufficientto supportthe charityon an ongoingbasis, the Directorsact to close  down
the charity in an orderly fashion.

FUTURE PLANS

The focus of the Trusteesof TTT for 2024 is to continueto fundthe visionof the charityso that its work may  continue
andtheTTTteamtocontinueitsexcellentwork.Thedirectionofthecharitywillcontinuetobeledbyprayerand a
commitmentfortheteamtogowhereGodwishesthemtogo.Theteamremainscommittedtobringingthelove of
Jesus Christ into the lives of young people. The Trustees are committedto searchingfor furthergrants and other  forms
of financial support for TTT.

Governing document

TTT is controlledby its governingdocument,a deed of trust, and constitutesa limited company.Limited by guarantee,

Articles of Association.

Organisational structure

The managementteam comprisesMr MichaelStubbs,Mrs FionaAugust,Ms SiobhanWalsh,Mrs JulieNelsonand Mr
Simon Callaghan (Treasurer). Management meetings are attended by Mr Andy Poulsom, the Team Director.

Responsibilities and basis of report

As the charity'strusteesof the Company(andalsoits directorsfor the purposesof companylaw)youare responsible
for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 ('the 2006 Act').
Having satisfiedmyself that the accountsof the Companyare not requiredto be auditedunder Part 16 of the 2006  Act
andareeligibleforindependentexamination,Ireportinrespectofmyexaminationofyourcharity'saccounts as
carriedoutunderSection145oftheCharitiesAct2011('the2011Act').IncarryingoutmyexaminationI have
followed the Directions given by the Charity Commission under Section 145(5) (b) of the 2011 Act.

Ihavecompletedmyexamination.Iconfirmthatnomattershavecometomyattentioninconnectionwith the
examination giving me cause to believe:

1. accounting records were not kept in respect of the Company as required by Section 386 of the 2006 Act; or 2. the accounts do not accord with those records; or

3. the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of Section 396 of the 2006 Act other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination; or

4. the accounts have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and principles of the Statement of Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by charities (applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102)).

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

The financialstatementsof the charitablecompany,whichis a publicbenefitentityunderFRS 102,have been
preparedinaccordancewiththeCharitiesSORP(FRS102)'AccountingandReportingbyCharities: Statement
ofRecommendedPracticeapplicabletocharitiespreparingtheiraccountsinaccordancewiththe Financial
ReportingStandardapplicablein the UK and Republicof Ireland(FRS 102) (effective1 January2019)', Financial
ReportingStandard102 'The FinancialReportingStandardapplicablein the UK and Republicof Ireland'and the
Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Income

All incomeis recognisedin the Statementof FinancialActivitiesoncethe charityhasentitlementto the funds,
it is probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliably.

Expenditure

Liabilitiesarerecognisedasexpenditureassoonasthereisalegalorconstructiveobligationcommitting the
charitytothatexpenditure,itisprobablethatatransferofeconomicbenefitswillberequiredin settlement
andtheamountof theobligationcanbe measuredreliably.Expenditureis accountedforonanaccruals basis

The charity is exempt from corporation tax on its charitable activities.

Restrictions arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restricted purposes.
