**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC BY CONTRIBUTING TO THE PREVENTION OF SUICIDE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING INTO THE CAUSES AND EFFECT OF SUICIDE AND SUICIDE INTERVENTION, THEREBY SEEKING TO REDUCE THE RISK AND OCCURRENCE OF SUICIDE.

**Activities:** We work locally and nationally with communities, organisations, services and individuals, helping them to become ready, willing and able to effectively support someone at risk of suicide. Our training and consultancy helps to save lives by enabling conversations that count. Through public events and our online community we work to reduce stigma and promote positive mental health and wellbeing.
