||Following the easing of restrictions which resulted from the<br>coronavirus pandemic the regular church activities resumed during<br>the year.<br>Worship services were held each Sunday morning, which included<br>a junior church for primary aged children. On the last Sunday of<br>each month an informal fellowship meeting was held at 5pm which<br>provided an opportunity for families to be present. Midweek<br>meetings for bible study and prayer took place each week except<br>during school holidays. Occasionally on a Tuesday evening a<br>representative of a missionary society would be present to speak<br>about a particular aspect of the work being undertaken. A meeting<br>for primary age children took place in the church each Friday<br>during term time. For part of the year leading up to the summer<br>holidays a youth group for secondary age young people met in the<br>church on Friday evenings. From the autumn term however, this<br>meeting was held in the Pastor’s house for staffing reasons.<br>A parents and toddlers group met in the church on a Tuesday<br>morning each week during school terms.<br>A coffee morning was started which took place on the third<br>Saturday of the month. This was an evangelistic opportunity and<br>some who were not regular church attenders regularly came to the<br>meeting. A gospel talk was given at the end of each meeting.<br>Other activities included a special weekend known as Bible Fest<br>when a day was spent in the EMW conference centre at Bryn y<br>Groes Bala to hear two Bible talks and generally enjoy time in one<br>another’s company.<br>An evangelistic quiz evening was also held and a Saturday<br>afternoon family time with games and other activities.<br>The Trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the<br>Charity Commission on public benefit.|

The church relies heavily on volunteers who undertake a variety of tasks.

Gardening and cleaning are two practical areas where volunteers are involved. But the main aspects of the work of the church in which they take a part are in leading the children’s ministry, the youth work, the toddler meeting, the music ministry, catering and several other activities which all contribute to the life and ministry of the church.

**Summary of the main** The church sought to maintain its work and witness in Flint **achievements of the charity** following the lifting of the restrictions imposed due to the **during the year** Coronavirus pandemic. The resumption of the main activities of the church calendar was in itself a significant achievement bearing in mind the disruption that lock downs and social distancing requirements had imposed. The church continued to support mission work at home and overseas, financially and in prayer.
