|Summary of the main<br>activities in relation to those<br>purposes for the public<br>benefit, in particular, the<br>activities, projects or<br>services identified in the<br>accounts.|Para 1.17 and<br>1.19|Because of the Coronavirus pandemic and<br>restrictions imposed on indoor gatherings by<br>the Welsh Government the normal activities<br>of the church were severely impacted during<br>the year, and many had to be curtailed or<br>moved online.<br>Even though the congregation was not able<br>to meet in person for substantial periods of<br>time the Church continued to hold worship<br>services each week, which included a<br>children’s message, together with midweek<br>meetings for bible study and prayer. An<br>online youth meeting during term times also<br>continued. When some face to face meetings<br>were able to take place social distancing was<br>practiced and this meant that two morning<br>services were held to accommodate those<br>who wished to attend.<br>Meetings that were not able to continue<br>included a weekly meeting for those with<br>learning and physical disabilities, a play<br>group for mums and toddlers, a children’s<br>meeting during school term times as well as<br>monthly lunches and monthly services at two<br>local care homes in Flint.|
