**Objects:** 1.TO ADVANCE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS, AND PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BRASS BAND MUSIC, BY ANY MEANS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT INCLUDING THROUGH THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS. 2. TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT BUT IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE MAKING OF GRANTS AND DONATIONS.

**Activities:** We are a traditional brass band performing concerts and other musical activities in South Lincolnshire.  We have a Learner Group where we teach absolute beginners to play a brass band instrument free of charge.  We also have a Training Band where we help new members improve their playing to reach the standard for the senior band.  We have an annual Learn to Play Week for absolute beginners.
