OBJECTIVES AYI D ACTIVITIES
Looklng Ahead
Easiboume EduLalion Business Partncrship CIO aims continually to improve its service and lo consolidate thc success
aLhieved ov¢r many years wilh Easibourne Youth Radio, multiple "challenge" events for local schools, and since 2016
with The Big Futures Show. We are also very consLious of the need lo build our reserves in the light of our Covid-19
experience.
To this end:
(I) EYR 2024 ran in November 2024.
(2) BFS 2025 is scheduled for 29 April 2025, again at Eastbourne Sports Park.
(3) We are hoping lo re-launch our Young Ingineers Challenge with a digital iheme in January 2025.
The Iriistees, priority will then tiirn to seeking further revenue streams to secure tlie Charity's fiJtiir¢. Part of this includes
thc laLin¢h carly in 20?5 of a new website for BFS and associated liiiks with EEBP aiid Yoiith Radio to provid¢ a bctter
on-line presence for 5¢hools, students and business partners. Graiil funding was secured for the necessary work.

Prior lo Covid-19 the Iruslees considered that a level of reserves of £15,000 was adequate to cover the risks involved in

consider that they require reserves of at least £25,000 and are attempting lo rebuild them to al least this level. The
