May 2008.
In preparing the annual rew>rt and financial statements the trustees have taken
advantage of the coucessions allow¢d for sn]ailer clwities.

of the Con]munity.
The Community Centre is always made available for community events. promoting
the objectives of th¢ cbarity. for religiou4 educational. cultural and clwitable
purposes.
Details of the charity's financial activities and fund are given in the attached finance
statement.
All assets of the charity are held by the trustees in tr￿st for the charity.

I report on the accounts of the Trnst for the year ended 31 March 2023 which are set
out on pages 4 and 5.
R￿pectIve Responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner
The charity's tr￿S are resw)nsible for the prepardtion of the accounts.
The charity's trtLStees consider that an audii is not required for this year and that an
indettndent examination is neaed.
It is my resp)nsibility to:
examine the accounts (under section 145 of the 2011 Act).
follow the procedures laid in the Genernl Directions given by the Charity
Conlmissioners (under section 145 (9) of the 2011 Act.
State whether particular Mat￿ have come to my att¢ntion.
Basis of Independent Examiner's Report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by
the Charity Commission¢rs. An examination includes a review of the accounting
records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those
records. It also includes considerdtion of any unusual items or disclosure in the
accounts. seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in
an audit and consequently I do not expr￿ an audit opinion on the view given by the
accounts.
