The Sir Hubert von Herkomer Arts Foundation is a charity which aims to inspire a generation of young people by offering them a gateway to the arts. By funding after and out of school classes in primary and secondary state schools in England, the Foundation provides children with the inspiration and tools to develop lifelong artistic passions.

Objects: The Charity's Objects ('Objects') Are Specifically Restricted To The Following:4.1 To Advance The Education Of 5 - 18 Years Olds In The Subject Of The Arts Including:(a) Providing Free After School Clubs (Not Required To Be Provided By The Local Education Authority) At Primary And Secondary State Schools Located In England And Selected At The Discretion Of The Trustees In The Subjects Of Art, Music, Drama And Dance;(b) Providing Free Out Of School Classes In The Subjects Of Art, Music, Drama And Dance At The Sir Hubert Von Herkomer Arts Foundation Headquarters In London;(c) Providing Materials (Not Required To Be Provided By The Local Education Authority) To Primary And Secondary State Schools Located In England And Selected At The Discretion Of The Trustees For Use In The Study Of Art, Music, Drama And Dance.(d) Providing Out Of School Trips And Excursions To Events Centred Around The Arts To Include Visits To Art Galleries, The Theatre, Exhibitions And Places Of Artistic Interest.
