**Trustees:** Alison McDonagh, Tom Andrews, Trevor Gander 

**Structure:** The charity is a UK registered & regulated charity. There are no employees. The Trustees and the McDonagh family members manage the charity. All roles are unpaid. 

**2023 Activities:** The Trust continued its previous support for 4 charities/projects in Switzerland, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Ireland and India. The Trust provided new support for a charity/project in Ireland. All support for existing and new charities/projects is 100% consistent with the objectives of the Trust.

**Financial Review:** The Trust has adequate funds to support its activities.
