The promotion of community participation
in healthy recreation by the provision of
factlities for the playing of football in a
managed and safe environment. providing
opportunities for recreation and competition
for all members of Ihe communi
The dub provided faolities to allow over
300 young people from the local
communty to enjoy football in a well
supervised and trained environment.
The dub has continued to support the
ongoing promotion of Women, s and Girls
football.
In the clubs ongoing commitsnent to
promoting participation in healthy
recreation we have tinancially supported a
number of members.
The club continues to pather with
Beauchamps Sch￿?1 to provide football
activilies including and after School times.
A club 'Open day. was held at Bartlett
Park. During the day all teams had the end
of season presentation and enjoyed the
entertainment that was provided.
Bartlett park was used throughout Ihe
summer for training and as the ho
round for teams U12 and below.
The Tnjstees confinn that they have had
due rward to the Charity Commission's
guidance on public tsnefit during the year.

Achievements and Performance

"Little lfjckers. has continued to grow and
provided a(klitional teams this season. This
development squad provides a fun
introduction into football for ages 4 8 5.
This is organised by existing volunteers
within the club and is very much Goie to the
ongoing devek)pment and growth of the
dub.
All foott)all was played in the correct
rnanner in accordan￿ with the Football
Associations Respect Campaign with no
disciplinary issues en￿untered.
All winter training was consolidated to a
single k)cation at Beauthamps School.
This ensures an all-weather training facilty
throughout the winter months.

The dub's main Sour￿ of funds during the
year ended 30th June 2024 has (*ntinued
to be subscriptions of £71 ,416. This was
supplemented by other income from Ihe
dub's café of £46,058 and other
fundraising (including kit sales) of £8,912.
The club also received an Insuran￿ claim
of £17,511 as a result of an equipment
theft.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charTty 1.the Trusv) for the year
ended 30th June 2024. which are set out on pages 2 and 3.
Responsibilities and basls of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible forthe preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements of the Charities Art 2011 (-the Acf).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusvs accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011
Act and in carrying Out my examination. I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity
Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act: or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records: or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirement5 COn￿mIng the fomi and content of
accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true ond fairf view which is not a matter considered as part of an
independent exarninat￿n.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which
attention should be drawn in this report in orderto enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.
