The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in Particular by the provision of facilities for the playing of individual and team sports in particular swimming, cycling and running. improving their conditions of life. To Promote and project the physical and mental health of sufferers of cancer related diseases through the provision of facilities, financial assistance, support, education and practical advice. To assist in the treatment and care of persons suffering from mental or physical illness of any description or in need of rehabilitation as a result of such illness by the provision of facilities for work and recreation. Through sporting events, individual donations and individual challenges Arctic One will raise money to carry out our objectives. Arctic one will support the funding of new resources including the building of new facilities, the provision of equipment and the running of local sports clubs to enable individuals and teams to become involved in new sports and challenges irrespective of youth, age, infirmity, disability or financial hardship of social circumstances. Support the investment into new technology, to enable those with a physical or mental disability to have improved access into individual and team sports and recreational activities. This will include developing access into existing technology relating to equipment to enhance sporting mobility. Section D Achievements and erformance p Fundraised and gave grants to approximately 39 recipients. Successfully held a tri day introducing beginnners to the sport of triathlon
