THE POWER TO AWARD AND REVOKE DEGREES OF ANY RANK OF THE UNIVERSITY AND OTHER DISTINCTIONS (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIPLOMAS, JOINT DEGREES, DUAL DEGREES, CERTIFICATES, FELLOWSHIPS, HONORARY DEGREES, HONORARY FELLOWSHIPS, MEMBERSHIPS AND ASSOCIATESHIPS) IN ITS OWN NAME AND/OR DUALLY OR JOINTLY WITH OTHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS; AND2. THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SIGNIFICANT PHYSICAL UNIVERSITY PRESENCE IN SWANSEA, CARMARTHEN, AND LAMPETER (OR SUCH PLACES AS MAY BE DETERMINED), WHICH FACILITATES THE OBJECTS OF THE UNIVERSITY; AND3. **Activities:** Scholarship and a commitment to the quality of the learning experience are central to the mission of the UoW: Trinity Saint David. Through academic programmes delivered on campus and in the workplace, and the range of activities delivered in schools and community venues, existing initiatives will be built upon to widen access to HE and encourage participation from under-represented groups.
