**Objects:** TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF [AGE ] LIVING IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN CAMBODIA, MYANMAR AND BANGLADESH BY PROVIDING MENTORING AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AS A MEANS OF:(A)ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS;(B)ADVANCING EDUCATION;AND(C)RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT.

**Activities:** Leadership development for female with financial and non-financial means. We call the girls and women we work with "Rising Stars." Financial is focused on support for tertiary education. Non financial is focused on leadership training and mentorship.
