**Objects:** 4.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE UNION (OBJECTS) ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF STUDENTS AT UNIVERSITY OF CHESTER FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY:4.1.1 PROMOTING THE INTERESTS AND WELFARE OF STUDENTS AT UNIVERSITY OF CHESTER DURING THEIR COURSE OF STUDY AND REPRESENTING, SUPPORTING AND ADVISING STUDENTS;4.1.2 BEING THE RECOGNISED REPRESENTATIVE CHANNEL BETWEEN STUDENTS AND UNIVERSITY OF CHESTER AND ANY OTHER EXTERNAL BODIES; AND4.1.3 PROVIDING SOCIAL, CULTURAL, SPORTING AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND FORUMS FOR DISCUSSIONS AND DEBATE FOR THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF ITS STUDENTS.

**Activities:** The Chester Students' Union's activities are aimed at enhancing the student experience at the University of Chester. To achieve this we support the students sporting and social activies through various clubs and societies, along with the provision of student welfare and representational services.
