**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO:2.1 RELIEVE THE TRAUMA (WHETHER PSYCHOLOGICAL, EMOTIONAL OR PHYSICAL) OF PERSONS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OR OTHERWISE SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF(A) RAPE, OTHER SEXUAL ASSAULT OR ABUSE, OR(B) PHYSICAL ASSAULT OR PSYCHOLOGICAL OR EMOTIONAL ABUSE OF ANY KIND.2.2 PROMOTE AND PARTICIPATE IN EDUCATION AND RESEARCH IN RELATION TO COUNSELLING AND IN RELATION TO THE TRAUMAS SET OUT IN 2.1 ABOVE AND THEIR EFFECT UPON WOMEN, MEN AND CHILDREN.2.3 PROMOTE, PARTICIPATE IN AND PROVIDE TRAINING IN RELATION TO COUNSELLING AND IN RELATION TO THE TRAUMAS SET OUT IN 2.1 ABOVE AND THEIR EFFECT UPON WOMEN, MEN AND CHILDREN.IN EACH CASE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY AND IN PARTICULAR IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** (1) To relieve the trauma (whether psychological, emotional or physical) of persons/their families who have been victims of (a) rape, other sexual assault or abuse; or (b) physical assault or psychological /emotional abuse of any kind; and (2) promote/participate in training, education and research in relation to counselling and the traumas set out above and their effect upon women/men/children.
