In planning our activities for the year we kept in mind the Charity
Commission's guidance on publi¢ benefit at our trustees, meetings.
Our main activities consisted of the award of bursari&s for the
advancement of education, the promotion of Sikh faith, history and
culture, and the relief of financial hardship by awarding of educational
grants.

This was the sixth year of the Foundation's work and our activities in the
above areas continued as those of our fifth year. We expect funds to
grow steadily so we can maintain our support for the worthy causes we
are involved with.

The foundation is entirely operated by volunteers and has no overhead
costs and accordingly has no requirement for a specific reserves policy.

As th8 charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charf(ies Act 2011
(Ihe Act?.
I report in respect of my examinatlon of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my 8xamination. I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charty Commission
under section 145(5){b) of the Act.

come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
