The income and capf(al of the Trust is lo be paid to any
charity eslablished according to the law of England and
Wales in such shares and in such manner generally as the
Trustees shall in their absolute discretbon see flt.
The Trust was ￿gIstered as a charity on 11 October 2012.

Risk Management
The Trustees have assessed the major risks lo whlch the charlty Is exposed and is satisfied that
systems are in place to reduce any exposure to those risks.
Financlal revlew
The tolal incoming resour￿$ ol the Charfty arnounted to £177,820 {2023: £163.662) in the year.
The main sources of income were from the Trust's properties and investment portfolio. The
profit (realised and unrealised) on investment portfolio amounted to £75,046 (2023: Loss
£171,918). The income and gains allowed the Trustees to make charitable donations of
£86,000 as well as paying for the costs of running the Trust. There was an inflowof funds
amounting to £27,876 (2023., Outllow 01 £19,230).
Publlc beneflt
The Trustees confirm that they have Complied with thelr duty, set out in Section 17 of the
2011 Charity ACL to have due regard to Charlty Commission guldance on public benefil.
Reserves pollcy and plans for the future
The Trustees have d8cided that the free reserves available to make future donalions should be
similar to the annual donations made in the previous year. The net current assets at 31 March
2024 were £260,637 {2023: £206,803). The Trustees Intend lo make donations to charities
according to Trust's charitable objects.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Flnancial Reporting
Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland {FRS102), The Charities Act 2011 and
follows the Stalement of Recommended Pradice Applicable lo Charities preparing their
accounts in accordance with the Finanoal Rewtlng Standard appllcable In the UK and
