Placed street children into care with foster families in Pakistan. Arranged for their education. Provided food and warm clothing for street children in Pakistan Organised volunteers in Pakistan that can highlight the work of the charity and further its cause within Pakistan. It was decided at our annual meeting to increase the number of volunteers for 2022-2023 so that we could highlight the charity’s work more effectively and raise more funds. ## Achievements and performance 

2021/2022 was an exceptionally challenging year especially for a small **Summary of the main** charity as ourselves. **achievements of the charity during the year** We managed to maintain and increase our work in Pakistan but not to the level we had anticipated. The fact that we used some of the charity’s funds to support families in the UK played a part in that. It was a decision taken by the trustees to carry out work in the UK too in such time of need. We managed to arrange a further 10 foster families in Pakistan. Served over 15 000 meals to street children in Pakistan Distributed 2 500 jumpers/sweatshirts/warm clothing to street children in Pakistan HEAL now has 3 volunteers in Pakistan working in the interests of the charity and we hope to increase this number in 2022/23. Our work in the UK has created more awareness and subsequently we will look to capitalise on this by attracting more volunteers and more donations.

As it stands the majority of the charity’s income comes from regular donors who have been supporting for a number of years. We are now targeting collections and contributions from new donors for 2022-23 

Expenditure for the charity is kept at an absolute minimal - rent rates utility bills and absolute essentials. We do not use any charity funds to promote or further the cause of the charity or its key objectives but will have to use some funds for 2022-2023 for much needed computer and laptop.
