Little did we think that one year we would still be tslking about a ChaI￿ng1ng year.
but that indeed is what it has beenwith COVID stsll very much among us and all the impact
that has had on the Church and the wider community. and in particulai our thoughts
and prayers are with the loved ones of those who hwie10gt their lives during this time.
Our weekly newsletter, stsrted at the beginning of the pandemlc, conts'nued, and was very much
well received.
FINANCE
Thanks to donations, grants and regular gNing, we have man8ged to maintsin a good
balance sheet for the church, in 8Plte of income for actual room hire being low.
Our thanks to all those who support the church and its work In any way.
GET FIT GROUP
Met as often as able, particularly for the comeraderie. and less so for the fftne8S,
but a vrfonderful time is had by all.
CENTRE
We have continued wth events and activib'es where able and legal, and some new activities
that fall within the mental health
support theme have started.
COMMUNITY CHAPLAIN
Voirrey has been busy meeting wrth church members as well as those living in the community
who are facing end of life,
as well as supporting bereaved famiies and conducting funerals as necessary.
WORSHIP
We continue to offer worship in person, when pemiitted by law. but of course also have been
able to send a service as part of gthe weekly newsletter.
We continue to have several Qwn Arrangements each quarter, generally covered by Jery Drew.
