Achievements against
objectives set

Para 1.41

2023/2024 sought to maintain the size of the
volunteer team. This was comfortably met
for volunteer numbers, activity levels, & the
level of income & capital growth.
Whilst volunteers will respond to job
allocations in their own vehicles, the scheme
has operated two liveried response vehicles
and a Medical Treatment Unit enabling us to
provide a more professional service at
events
Performance of fundraising
activities against objectives
set
Para 1.41 The scheme does generate income from
medical product sales & event income,
which is supplemented by donations & grant
income.
Income levels decreased by 17%. This was
primarily caused by a reduction in
opportunities for event income, following the
revision to the Purple Guide. We anticipate
event income will continue to decline in
2024/2025
