Our main focus for the ojrrent c(wrtracts has been to expand in person supw>rt group5 In local
communltles. Wlth an Increase In refurn1& we hm kueased fa￿ to face sw¥K>rt and increased
the number of 8roups, ensuring that there is more than one supm group happenin8 on every day
of the week We are still offeri￿ r•note 5￿POrt via video (all and tele￿One. ernail, text and our

individuals from BAME communitieswhich hasenhanced the culbjral sensitrrfy ofour SeThI￿ offer.
We are beneffting from impr4rrfern￿ in our tMAsines5 infrasts￿re continuing to engage the
servi￿5 of a Manag￿nentaccC￿rt human resources consultsnt and man4ed ser¥lce provldersfor
our IT infrastnthre and CRM system. We also appointed a Governan￿ & Business Manager to
