(charfty number: 1149077)
I report on rhe accounts of the chartty for the year ended 31 2025.
RespÈrthe respon51bllltles of trusoees and e¥amlr
The charivs ￿￿t￿èS are responsible for the preparation of the &counts. The cherivs tmstees consider that an audit
is not requlred for this year under sertion 144 of the Charlties Art 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent
examinatlon ￿ n￿ded.
It is my ￿ponsibIlty to:
Ex3mlne the accounts un(5er sLxtion 145 of the Chèribes Art
Follow the procedures .'ald dDwn in the general DlrectH)ns given by the Charity commiss￿jn under section
14515llbl of the charitie5 Act.. and
stste whether particular matters have come to my atteTrtK>n.
Basls of independent examinerfs report
My exatnination was carried out in accordance with the general Dirertions 8fven by the Charlty Commis&on. An
examination Includes a review of the accounting records kept by the d)arity and a comparison of the auounts
presenteil with those I￿rds. It a.'so includes con5iderdtion of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and
seeking explanations from you as trustees conceming any sud) matters. The procedures undertakon do not provide all
the evidence that would be required In an audit and consequendy Th) opiniorb 15 glven as to whether the accounts
present a.true and falr vierf and the report is 15m￿e￿ to those matters set out in the statement below.
Independent examlnerfs statement
In connettion with my examination, no fflaterial mattets have come to my attentlon..
l. whKh Elves me reasonable cause to believe that, in any mateflal respecL the requirements
to keep &countlng records in ￿cordanCe with settK)n 130 of the Charities Act: and
to prepare accounts whlch accord wrth the accounting records and to comply with the accountlng
requirements of the Charibes Att 2011
have not been met,- or
