**Objects:** TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP THE PEOPLE OF BLACKPOOL AND SURROUNDING AREAS ? PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE AGED 4-16 ? BY PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF THOSE RESIDENTS, AND TO SUPPORT AND DEVELOP THE SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES OF YOUNG PEOPLE, ENABLING THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS.

**Activities:** The provision of educational, recreational and leisure activities to young people aged 4years - 16 years living primarily in deprived areas of  Blackpool and surrounding areas. Help to support and develop the skills,  capacities and capabilities of  the young people enabling them to participate in society as mature responsible adults.
