To suppgrt this aim, a leasa on a the Ilat on the wmeadry Estate (Estate) was offered by South
Gloucestershire Coun¢il {SGC), 4Yho owned the Estate at that time. <>Nner5hip of Éstate (and other
SGC housing} was Subseque￿ acquired by Merlln Housinq Society (nw known as Bromford).
