**Objects:** THE CHARITY OPERATES THROUGHOUT LONDON AND ITS OBJECTS (“OBJECTS”) ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING:: (A)TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE AFFECTED WITH HIV/AIDS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SPECIALIST SUPPORT, INFORMATION AND ADVICE;(B)TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT HIV/AIDS;(C)TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
