Objects: The Charity's Objects ("the Objects") Are For The Benefit Of The General Public And In Particular The Inhabitants Of Chester-Le-Street And Its Surrounding Areas (hereinafter Called "the Area Of Benefit") To Promote, Without Distinction Of Sex Or Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, By Association With The Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And The Inhabitants In A Common Effort To Advance Education And Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants In Particular By:-A) Utilising The Facilities At Park View Academy ("the School"), And Other Appropriate Facilities Within The Area Of Benefit In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants;b) Encouraging The Co-Operation Of The School And Other Organisations Within The Area Of Benefit To Their Mutual Benefit;c) Co-Operating With The Academy In Relation To The Maintenance, Management And, Where Appropriate, Development Of Facilities Available For Joint Use At The School In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.
