ReseNos Policy An outline policy on reserves Wds agreed when Norfolk FWAG was incorporated on 1 December 2011. Reserves have been built up over the years and m8intsined al a level thich ensures that Norfolk FWAG'S Core aclivily could continue during a periL¥J of any unforeseen difficulty. The reserves themselves are lo be as cash reserves with the bank and Iheref(Ke readily ￿alISable. Exper￿ltUre is carefully managed and Iofecasted. Taking into consideration projected salary and adminislralion costs. the 18fgel reserves have been increased wlh 8 separate 'Legacy Fund, inveslmenl for the longer term. On 31 December 2024 the charity had unrestricted funds of £259,401 (2023.. £222.6061, and restricted funds of £11,81012023-. £nil). The trustees agreed that under its Charitable status Norfolk FWAG has a sound financial footing. For this reason, they continue lo adopt the going concem basis in preparing the financial slalements. Further details regarding the adoption of Ihe going corttm ba&s can be found in the ac£ounting poli￿e& Funds Held as Custodian The Charily administers the Connecting Nature Fund Grant Scheme on behalf of Norfolk County Council, which is for projects lo lessen the impact on the wder enviTonmenl of large sG3le developmenl. The Charity a150 administers several skylark mitigation funds for deVelo￿TS. The charity has no entitlement to these funds and hence it is not recognised as income of the charity and is held in a separate bank account. Page 5
