These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Statement of Recommended Practice: Accounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of ireland (FRS 102) issued on 16 July 2014. ## **Income** All incoming resouces are included on the Staement of Financial Activities when the charity is legally entitled to the income and the amount can be quantified with reasonable accuracy. ## **Tangible fixed assets** Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life or, if held under a finance lease, over the lease term, whichever is the shorter.
