**Activities:** Using students and schoolchildren [as part of their career development and work experience] to work with hospitals and residential homes to introduce stimulation, conversation and companionship to patients/residents. Also provide a website which shares best practice and innovation in patient experience. Provide training to healthcare staff and volunteers
