The Trust Is a reglstered charity, number 1148684. and 15 constituted under a trust deed dated 2￿ July 2012.
The Trust was established by an initial gfft from the trustees in 2012 and was additionally funded by an
expendable donation from the estate of AM Burton (SIPP} in 2013.
In 2018 a donation of £1 million was made by GHB Holdlngs Ltd. Further donations of £5Cl),(K￿ we
received in 2020, 2021 & 2024.
Two of the directors of GHB Holdings Ltd are also trustees of the AMB Charitsble Trust.
The Trust doe5 not usuaSlyfvndralse and seeks to contlnue the charitsble wot* deslred by the trustees
through the careful stewardship of its existing resouTQS.
All trustees glve of thelr time freely and no trustee renumeration was paid In the year.

The trustees have consldered the major risks to which the charity Is exposed and have revTewed those risks
and established systsms and procedures to manage those rtsks.
Charitable objectlves as stated In the deeds:
The Trust is a grant maklng charity. The trustees shall hold the capital and income of the Trust Fund upon
trust for such one or more charitles or charitable Instltutions or for any other purposes in any part of the
world as shall be exclusively charitable according to the law of England and in 5uth shares and proportion as
they shall think flt including the followlng:

l East Yorkshire area. Other charlties and worthy causes outside this will be considered.

Thls year the Trust has donated another £50,{￿) to the Bridlington Intouniversity cent￿ whlch is worklng
wlth the Universlties of Hull & York It is an accesslble learning ¢entre whose misslon Is to bring Hlgher
Educatlon within reach of some of Bridlington's poorest children. thereby openlng a world of new life
possibilities. Thls is a growlng charlty whlch is working to insplre young people from disadvantsged
backgrounds to attsin a universlty pla￿. apprentlceship, or other placement.
The AMB Trust also donated another £20,cIJ) to The Hinge Centre in 8ridlington which.alms to ensure that
whilst livlng In a deprfved area, the residents still have the Same acoss to servlces, benefits and support that
any other member of society does.. The Centre provldes residents with the tools and skills to break repetltive
cycles. Improve their emotional and physical wellbelng and increase cornmunlty partlclpation. ￿ supports
them to achieve flnancial Incluslon, make posltive Choi￿ and support theirfamlllesto further break down
generatlonal cydes of wverty and excluslon.
The Trust has contlnued to fund the universlty tuition fees of 2 students each yearfrom Headlands Sthool,
Brldlington, from unprivileged backgmunds for 3 years each. Thls year the bursaries paid totalled £63,450.
