**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN WITH A METABOLIC DISORDER AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, THE RAISING OF AWARENESS OF THE METABOLIC DISORDERS AND THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** To relieve the needs of children with a metabolic disorder and their families and carers by the provision of grants, raising of awareness of metabolic disorders and the provision of recreational activities. Approximately 2000 awards made through a small grants system to families of children aged ten and under, diagnosed with a metabolic disorder, living in the UK.
