We also obtained an under81andlng of the legal and regulatory framework that the charity operates in. focusing on
Provisions of Ih05e laws and regulations that had a direct effect on the determlnalion of material ￿0￿nts and
disclosures in thè financial slatemenls. The key laws and regulations we considered in this context In¢luded the UK
Companies Act and IFRS as issued by the IASB and adopted by the EU, and 'A￿O￿ntIng and Reporting by

In addition. we considered provi*on¥ of otherlaws and regulations that do not have a direGI effect on the financial

As a result of pertoming the above, we did not Identify any key audit matters related to the potential rlsk of fraud or

journal entries and other adlustmenls-, assessing whether the judgements made In making accounting estimates are
indicative of a potential bias., and evaluating the business rallonale of any significant transaGts'on$ that are unusual

We also communlcaled relevant identif￿d laws and regulations and polentr'al fraud rlsks to all engagement team

the audit.
We note that our audit Is not prfmarily designed to detect non-compliance with laws and regulations and the
