Structurej governance and managernent The trustees will be the persons who are the members from lime lo time of the Hillsborough Trinity Methodist Church Council, acting in accordan￿ with their normal procedures. Appointment of trustees The trustees musl give to each new trustee, on their first appointment: a copy of the governing documenl of the charity, including any amendments made to it., a copy of the charity's latest report and statement of accounts. Objectlves and actlvltles The objects of the charity is to further the religious or other charitable work of the Methodist Church wlhin the Circuit, with preference lo the work carried out at, and through, the Church.
