Brickfield Rangers football club are affiliated to the FAW and the NEWFA and Special Olympics Wales. 

Brickfield Rangers FC are approved by the Football Association of Wales to run their football programmes, FUN FOOTBALL, FAW HUDDLE, FAW FOOTBALL FAMILYS. 

The charity structure consists on Chairman, Vice Chair, Sectary and Treasure. 

All the club’s policies and procedures and stored electronical and are detailed in club Exposition BRFC-001. 

All staff, including Trustees, work on a voluntary basis.

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation through the provision of facilities to play sports.

Brickfield Rangers membership _**shall**_ be open to all and no restrictions on the grounds of ability, race, sex, political, religion or any other form, to any person(s) accepting the aims and objectives of the Club.

All persons accepting membership into the Charity _**shall**_ agree to abide by the club’s code of Conduct outlined in club procedure BR03.

The club has over fifty volunteers directly running its activities which include training nights, match days, soccer schools, club fundraising events, school clubs.

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

The main objective of the club is to supply a sporting activity for everyone and we achieved that by supplying activity’s to 37 teams and over 400 players. 

_Brickfield Rangers are based in Wrexham where the majority of its 400 plus members reside, the club are running Thirty seven teams this season ranging from 3’s through to 16’s mixed teams, a senior side competing in the FAW Tier three, a U23 (reserve side ) U17 and U19 teams, a Disability section, nine girls only teams, a walking football team, a vet’s team, The club run social evenings and events in its clubhouse, continually complete a local school programme for local junior schools, supports the Community council with their events and holds football charity games for local charities._

**Report to the trustees/** Charity Name BRICKFIELD RANGERS FC **members of On accounts for the year** 30/04/2024 **Charity no** 1148509 **ended (if any) Set out on pages** 1 & 2 I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **30.04.2021** . **Responsibilities and** As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). I report in respect of my examination of  the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or 

- the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
