**Objects:** A)PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WOODHOUSE CLOSE ESTATE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD DEFINED BY WOODHOUSE CLOSE WARD (HEREINAFTER CALLED &quot;THE AREA OF BENEFIT&quot;) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.B) PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED.

**Activities:** Activities for all from babies to older people: Thrift Shop; Crisis Intervention project (emergency packs of food, fuel and household items); Lunch Club; Meals on Wheels; Older Peoples Social Participation Activities; Parent, Carer &amp;amp; Toddler Club; W.A.S.H. Youth Theatre and Arts Group; also host to other organisations providing health and wellbeing &amp;amp; other projects.
