THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF ANY INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN EAST ANGLIA AND IN PARTICULAR SO FAR AS SUCH INCOME ARISES FROM PROPERTIES VESTED IN THE CHARITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH CLAUSE 4 (B) OF THE WILL OF THE SAID CYNTHIA DELLA HOY OR THE INVESTMENTS REPRESENTING THE SALE PROCEEDS OF SUCH PROPERTIES TO APPLY THE SAME FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHARITABLE OBJECTS BOTH WITHIN THE CORE VILLAGE OF CROXTON IN WHICH THE PROPERTIES ARE SITUATE AND IN THE LOCAL NEIGHBOURHOOD OF THE VILLAGE.
