**Activities:** Relief of poverty among homeless persons and rough sleepers living in Waltham Forest who are in conditions of need, hardship and distress by reason of their social and economic circumstances and in particular but not exclusively by deploying human and material resources to provide appropriate relief to such persons.Winter shelter, food, clothing, showers, laundry and other relevant services
