Achievements and Performance
SORP reference
Over the years, Al noor has made
significant strides in fulfilling its
mission to improve the health and well-
being of those in need, particularly
through its cataract surgery program.
The charity has grown substantially,
increasing its reach and the scope of its
services, and has successfully delivered
over 100 free cataract operations,
restoring sight and improving the
quality of life for numerous
beneficiaries.
Summary ofthe main
achievements of the charity,
identifying the difference the
charity's work has made to
the circumstances of its
beneficiaries and any wider
benefits to society as a
whole.
Para 1.20
In response to the growing demand, we
have invested in purchasing advanced
medical equipment. which has allowed
us to provide even more Comprehensive
care to a larger number of people. With
these improvements, we've been able to
support individuals who previously had
limited access to essential treatments,
thus significantly enhancing their lives.
To further increase accessibility. the
charity has also purchased an
ambulance, enabling us to reach
individuals who are unable to attend our
clinic in person due to mobility issues
or distsnce. This initiative ensures that
even the most vulnerable members of
our community can access the medical
care they need, regardless of their
circumstances.
Additionally, we have stsrted providing
medical equipment free of charge to
those who require it, ensuring that no
one is excluded from receiving essential
care due to financial constraints. This
effort has helped to improve health
outcomes for many individuals who
would otherwise struggle to afford the
necessary equipment

The wider benefits of our work extend
beyond the direct impact on our
beneficiaries. By improving access to
critical healthcare and restoring sight,
we are not only enhancing individual
lives but also contributing to the overall
well-being of society. Our charity's
efforts have had a positive ripple effect,
fostering greater health equality and
supporting communities in overcoming
barriers to healthcare.
