It had expenditure of £6,605 for the y68r, which was mainly the staff costs, catering and professional costs. This generated a Surplus of £21,871 which was added to prior year resepies. The charity held £107,079 as resefves (not induding the propety asset) to pay for the propety extension and refurbishment project in the coming years. There is no policy to retain res6Nes and all surplus funds will be spent on future charitable aclNities and Jministrative costs. The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity’s trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Charities Act”) and that an independent examination is needed. .
