**Objects:** THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CHARITY ARE: TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH BY:THE PROVISION OF SUITABLE ANAESTHETIC EQUIPMENT TO DEPRIVED AREAS OF THE WORLD; ANDTO SUPPORT RESEARCH AND EDUCATION TO ENSURE ITS EFFECTIVE USE, CARE AND MAINTENANCE.

**Activities:** The charity works to improve the delivery of anaesthesia in poor countries. To achieve this the charity: Supplies anaesthetic equipment that is suitable for use in developing world hospitals. Trains medical and technical staff in poor countries to safely deliver anaesthesia and keep anaesthetic equipment in working order. Supports research to improve delivery of anaesthesia in poor countries.
