**Objects:** TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR HEALTHY RECREATION (PARTICULARLY GARDENING AND HORTICULTURE)AND LEISURE-TIME PURSUITS IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF FLEETWOOD AND SURROUNDING AREAS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, AGE, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** To provide facilities for healthy recreation (particularly gardening and horticulture) and leisure-time pursuits in the interest of social welfare for the inhabitants of Fleetwood and surrounding areas who have need of such facilities by reason of their infirmity or disablement, youth, age, financial hardship or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life.
