**Objects:** To relieve the needs and promote and protect the good health and wellbeing of people living with Dementia, their carers and families resident in North Yorkshire,  York and the nearby surrounding areas, through the provision of such support and activities as the Trustees deem fit

**Activities:** Dementia Forward exists to provide specialist support, advice and information to anyone affected by dementia. Support is given from pre diagnosis to end of life through a range of services including home visits by our specialist dementia support team as well as running community wellbeing services.  Our services have been designed to give North Yorkshire folk the right support at the right time.
