**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG DISABLED AND OLDER PEOPLE, THEIR FAMILIES AND THOSE PEOPLE WHO USE SOCIAL CARE SERVICES WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC POSITION BY:1)PROVIDING WORKSHOPS, TRAINING, FORUMS AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT.2)RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES AFFECTING DISABLED AND OLDER PEOPLE, THEIR FAMILIES AND THOSE PEOPLE WHO USE SOCIAL CARE SERVICES BOTH GENERALLY AND IN RELATION TO THEIR SOCIAL EXCLUSION.

**Activities:** Our objectives are to promote social inclusion among disabled and older people, their families and those who use social care services who are socially excluded on the grounds of their social and economic position by:1) Providing workshops, training and forums and practical support,2) Raising public awareness of these issues.
