Our objectives are to ctstain reasonable assufance atr￿t vthelher the firsancial statements as a whole are free

opinion. Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance. but is not a guarantee that an audit conducted in

As a resum of these procethres, ￿ ecfisdered the oPF￿Unrt￿s and incenlives that may exist within the
organisation for fraud and identsfied the greatest potential for fraud in the areas in which management is required
fo exercise significant judgement, such as the di5dosure of adjusting rtems. In common %wth all audits under
ISAS IUKI, we are also required to perfom) speufic pr¢Jcedures to respMd to the risk of management override.
We also obtained.an understanding of the tegal and regulatory frame4vork that the eharty operates in focusing
on prowsions of tho'se laws and regulations that had a direct effect on the determination of material amounts and
disclosures in the financial statements. The key Liws and iegulatv)ns we consideied in this Context were the
Companies Act, Charities Acl arKI tax legislats"on.
Because of the inherent Iwnit*ions of ￿ audrL Ihwe is a risk that we will not detect all irregular￿leS. including
those leading lo a matefial misstatement in the finanaal statements or non-eompliance wth regulation. This risk
increases the more that compliance a law or regulation is removed from the even15 and transactions
reflected in the financial statements. as we wll be less likely to become aware of instance5 of non-c0rnpl1an￿.
The risk is also greater regarding Irregu￿ri￿eS occurriThJ due lo fraud rather than err¢￿. as fraud invofve5
inlenlional concealment. forgery. cdlusion, ¢)mission or misrepresentation.
