**Activities:** Raising Awareness and Reaching Marginal Community with Sickle Cell Disease or AnaemiaProvide information, advice and support to families and individuals affected by sickle cell and thalassaemia, on the telephone, by email and through home visits. Work with professionals to ensure that individuals with sickle cell and thalassaemia get the optimum service from health, education, etc.
