|Summary of the main activities<br>undertaken for<br>the public beneft in relation to these<br>objects|The club provided facilities to allow over<br>200 young people from the local<br>community to enjoy football in a well<br>supervised and trained environment.<br>We developed further our links with<br>Norham High School and enhanced<br>further our pitch environment. Support<br>was given to the school to assist with<br>increased fencing of the site. This<br>imoroved the safety of the playing<br>facilitiesforallplayers and supporters|
|Additional objectives and activities|A great contribution is made by coaches<br>and volunteers. We are grateful for the<br>huge commitment that is made by all<br>within the club, time is given freely for the<br>beneftofothers.|
|Future Plans|.We continue to invest in facilities and<br>equipment and in 24/25 we purchased<br>additional goals for the site and we will<br>continuetoimprove access aswell.|

|Policy on reserves|We hold cash at bank of £25,127<br>(£23,154) all of which is unrestricted<br>funds. These funds are held in order to<br>meet any planned and unforeseen<br>expenditure that may occur and to allow<br>for the developmentof the club.|

|Financial review details|Our main sources of funds this year have<br>been subscriptions of £51,678 ( £46,428)<br>This has been supplemented by Fund<br>Raising of £196 (£1,435)<br>Sponsorship from local companies is a<br>major source for the year was £1,850<br>( £2,505).<br>All income is applied to the provision of<br>playing football for our teams. Income is<br>controlled and the support of volunteers<br>ensures that the maximum amount<br>possibleis usedtomeetourobjects.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 **/ 05 / 2023** . 

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out  under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
