## Section D Achievements and performance

In addition to our originally planned activities—teaching Tamil Language **Summary of the main** and Fine Arts subjects—the charity successfully delivered a number of **achievements of the charity** additional achievements during the year. We continuously monitored **during the year** health and safety across all activities, ensuring no severe accidents or incidents were recorded (with only one very minor incident). We proudly welcomed special needs children into both our Tamil Language classes and Fine Arts classes, and their participation was showcased through a dedicated performance at our annual event, ‘Kadhambham’. Parents were regularly encouraged to use online payment methods to streamline administration, and a secluded room was provided for parents (particularly men) to play ‘Carrom’ to minimise noise disturbance during classes. Our annual performance event ‘Kadhambham’ was exceptionally well organised and, for the first time, was completed exactly at 9:00pm as scheduled. We also delivered successful cultural celebrations throughout the year, including Thai Pongal, Vani Vizha, Christmas celebrations, and several other community events.
